PrimoPDF

PrimoPDF is a free PDF creation program. The latest version can be downloaded (about a 10MB file) from http://www.primopdf.com/. Once

installed, just send any file from whichever program you created them to the PrimoPDF 'printer'.

OpenOffice

OpenOffice (http://www.openoffice.org/), a freeware office suite similar to Microsoft Office, can create PDF files. It's perhaps better than

PrimoPDF, but you'll have to install the whole suite (about 100 mb to download). Stil, it's a pretty good package overall, made by volunteers.

Neither of the above offers as many options as Adobe, but they're free! Both will happily fit on your USB stick
